I get the greatest satisfaction from producing things I can claim ownership over; not because of pride, but of integrity. I try to achieve this by investing myself in each stage of the process in a way that feels honest to me. I am motivated to do this because I believe the history of an object is as important as the object itself – and is part of how the object is understood, whether it is disclosed or not.
