Join Franconia Sculpture Park and Ruff Start Rescue for a very special Yappy Hour at the park. Visit our 43-acres with your pup, or leave with a new best friend! Ruff Start Rescue will be on-site with dogs available for adoption, and a portion of all proceeds will benefit their organization. Tag your dog in front of your favorite sculpture, play a game of corn hole, and enjoy a cool beverage…we’ll even have Dog-tinis! Enter your dog on-site to participate in our peanut butter eating contest to win prizes. Dogs can also create their own painting for you to take home! Plus, we’ll have a portrait area for you and your celebri-pups to get a commemorative photograph taken at Franconia. Cuteness overload!!
About Ruff Start Rescue:
Ruff Start Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit foster-based animal rescue based in central Minnesota. Since 2010 we have rescued more than 13,000 animals. A majority of them had a truly rough start, coming from situations of neglect or abandonment. We also help animals that are strays or owner surrenders. All receive proper veterinary care and are housed in foster homes throughout the state of Minnesota as they wait for their forever home.
